Czech Republic and Indonesia, which one is the best?

Have you ever tried to compare the education system between your own country and another country?

Well, this time, I will try it. I’m an Indonesian, and I will compare the education system in my country and another country. Since my country is still a developing country, so I will try to compare it with another developing country, and Czech Republic is catching my interest. Czech Republic is one of the European developing country and has the highest Human Developing Index in 2007.

The Czech thinks that education is everything. Czech is known by the "educated people" in East Europe. Even the education fee in Czech Republic, from the prim
ary education up to degrees, is all the government's responsibility. So, there's no reason for the citizen there to not take the education. While in Indonesia, there are many people who cannot enter the school, even the elementary school.

In Czech Republic, they start the education based on their age, just like the primary education in Czech Republic is started when they are 6 years old (Zakladni Skola) and the 5 years preparation for the primary education, until they are 11 years old. While in Indonesia, they were trying to "steal" the time to enter the school earlier.

Czech Republic is a developing country, but their e
ducation system could be one of the best in Europe.
I really hope Indonesia could be just like them, and even above them.

Are Men and Women Different?

Have you ever thought how different men and women are?

Well, I bet you’ve ever heard about “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus".

As it said, men and women are just like two different planets. Men are Mars, while women are Venus. They are quite far, aren’t they? But, they still rotate the same thing, which is sun. So, no matter how different they are, but they actually need almost the same thing, but with different context.

As I read John Gray’s book called “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus”, on the chapter two that has “Mr Fix-It and the Home Improvement Committee” as the title, both men and women want to be recognized and appreciated. They both hate to be scorned and ignored. Men with their masculinities are happy when their abilities are recognized and appreciated. While women, with their femininities, love to have their feelings to be recognized and of course appreciated.

Men and women might be different, well of course they are. When men think their abilities are everything. To improve their abilities, men like to solve problem by their own without getting help by another. While, women think that their feelings are everything. Women like to co-operate to improve their feelings with communication with one another. Both men and women like to be appreciated, as I said before. Men wanna be appreciated with their own work, abilities and their own solutions to solve a problem. While women want their feelings and assistance to be appreciated.

So yeah, Men and Women are different, but they actually need the same thing, but in different context.

Thank you for reading this post of mine. See ya on the next week! PPYONG!
